SAUERKRAUT PIEROGIE FILLING 
1 large can sauerkraut
Butter
1 onion diced
1 c. mashed potatoes

Rinse sauerkraut slightly, drain well. Saute in small amount of butter and diced onion. Add mashed potatoes. Mix well and cool.
