TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8 to a pkg.)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed taco chips

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and continue cooking as instructed on the seasoning mix package. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 inch square baking dish with crescent rolls, flattening them so they come part of the way up the sides of the dish. Bake this crust for 5 minutes. When meat mixture is ready, spoon it into the baking dish with the baked crust. Mix the taco chips and cheese, then cover the meat with this mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown and mixture is bubbly. Serves 4-6.
