RUSSIAN TEA CAKES - 'SNOWBALLS' 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. nuts

Mix ingredients. Make into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Roll in confectioners' sugar when baked.
