BEER BATTER FOR SHRIMP 
1 can warm beer
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of salt
Flour
Shrimp
1 c. flour

Mix 1 cup of flour, paprika and salt. Add beer and beat with a whisk until syrupy. Cut shrimp to fan-tail. Dust shrimp with flour. Dip into batter and then into the 1 cup of flour. Put on waxed paper and freeze until needed.
