BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. grated American or cheddar cheese 1 egg, beaten slightly 16 Ritz crackers, crumbled Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. Mix broccoli together with rest of ingredients in baking dish and stir. Crush 16 Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Put a few dots of butter on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8. |
