BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 onion, chopped 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 eggs Bread crumbs Cook and drain broccoli, drain well. Mix all ingredients well. Place in casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
