BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
4 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (20 oz.) pkg. cooked & chopped broccoli

Mix first 4 ingredients in blender until well blended. Fold in broccoli. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish in pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
