EGG CUSTARD 
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell (unbaked)

Combine evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla, blending well. Pour into pie shell and bake on bottom rack of oven at 400°F for 35 minutes.

Yield: One pie.
