SALMON-CUCUMBER SANDWICHES 
2 (7 1/2-7 3/4 oz.) cans pink salmon, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
3/4 c. salad dressing
Bread of choice: pumpernickle, onion buns, etc.
Lettuce leaves
1 sm. thinly sliced cucumber

In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Spread salmon mixture on bread and top with cucumber and lettuce.
