SAUSAGE SPINACH LOAF
3/4 lb. bulk sausage
1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 tbsp. water
Caraway or poppy seeds

Cook sausage until it is no longer pink. Drain fat.

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 15 x 8 inch rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges. Top with sausage and spinach. Bring the long sides of the dough together; pinch together to seal edges and ends. Place loaf seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Combine egg white and water; brush over loaf. Sprinkle with caraway or poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
