SAUSAGE SPINACH ROLL 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
3/4 lb. lean bulk sausage
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook sausage in skillet, stirring well. Drain on paper towel. Squeeze moisture from thawed spinach. Roll bread dough to 1/2 inch thick. Put sausage down middle. Cover with uncooked spinach. Add cheese over spinach. Wrap with dough and pinch together.

Place seam down on non-stick cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg white well and brush over roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Let set 5 minutes and slice 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick. Great with fruit salad.

Thaw bread dough in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.
