SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 pkg. sweet and sour sauce mix
1/2 c. green pepper strips
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. water

Mix together beef, egg, salt and pepper, onion and cornstarch. Shape into marble sized balls and bake at 350 on a broiler pan until done. (This drains the grease away.) Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

Combine juice, water and sauce mix in a saucepan; heat until thickened. Add pineapple, green pepper and meatballs. Cook 5 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for a party.
