SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

SWEET AND SOUR:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped

Meatballs: Mix ingredients; shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Cover over medium heat, turning occasionally until brown, about 20 minutes. Use skillet. Drain fat from skillet; remove meatballs. Mix brown sugar and cornstach in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover: simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper; cover. Simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Serves 4.

This is great. I have made it several times now. I like to make a double batch but I have a large family. We have four kids that all like them ages 9 7 5 4. The only change I make is when I double the recipe I use one pound beef and one pork sausage. Great moist meatballs.
