1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice or pineapple juice
3 lg. apples, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. raisins
Leaf lettuce

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce. In medium bowl add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture, toss gently. Cover and chill, toss again before serving. Serve in lettuce bowls. Serves 6-8.
