SALMON LOAF | |
1/2 c. skim milk 1 1/2 slices bread, crumbled 1 c. canned salmon, flaked and drained 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 egg whites 1. Combine milk and bread; warm over very low heat. 2. Add flaked salmon, lemon juice, salt, paprika, and pepper. 3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into salmon mixture. 4. Place in nonstick casserole. 5. Place casserole in pan of hot water. 6. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
