EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
(For traditional pumpkin pie, put all ingredients in a large pie plate using order listed.)

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and press in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix all the ingredients well. Pour into the crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake another 15 minutes. Let cool, cut in squares and serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
