DEBBIE'S EASY PUMPKIN PIE CRUNCH 
1 (28 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 large eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (your choice)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch pan with butter.

Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, spice and sugar in a large bowl. Pour pumpkin mixture into buttered pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with chopped walnuts and drizzle melted butter over top.

Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and serve with Cool Whip.
