1 c. textured vegetables protein, available in health food stores or vegetarian section of store 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. ground coriander 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. boiling water 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 2 eggs Oil Mix together protein and spices. Pour boiling water over the mixture and allow stand about 5 minutes, until water is absorbed. Stir in flour and eggs. Heat the oil over medium heat in skillet. Shape the mixture into small pieces and brown on both sides. 12 patties. |
