GRAHAM CRACKER JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. Jello (cherry, raspberry, or strawberry)
1 c. evaporated milk, thoroughly chilled
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3-4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Place milk in bowl in freezer until 1/2 inch ice edge forms.

Prepare Jello using half the water called for on package. Set until of egg white consistency. Whip chilled milk until soft peaks form. Fold in chilled Jello, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Cover top of mixture with graham cracker crumbs. Chill until set. Serves 20.
