HAWAIIAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans or walnuts
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cake cool for 10 minutes.

Mix icing and pour over warm cake. Sprinkle cake with nuts and coconut.
