LIMA CASSEROLE 
3 c. fresh lima beans, cooked
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated

Put cooked limas into casserole; sprinkle with lemon juice and salt lightly. Melt butter in saucepan, simmer garlic in it for minute or so until garlic browns lightly, discard garlic and drizzle butter over the beans.

Cover limas with the cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered. Finish cooking under broiler long enough to turn cheese topping golden.
