TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. macaroni (any style), cooked & drained
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. American cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can water packed chunk light tuna, drained & flaked

Melt butter, mix flour into melted butter to form thin paste. Add milk and mix. Then add soup, both cheeses. Add seasonings mix and stir over medium heat until all cheeses are melted. Continue mixing until sauce becomes thick and bubbly. Put cooked macaroni and tuna in casserole dish. Mix them. Then add sauce and mix again. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Then if desired add slices of cheese and put under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
