TUNA FISH CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. grated onion 1 (6 oz.) pkg. potato chips 1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish 2 hard-cooked eggs Heat mushroom soup and milk. In saucepan until just blended, remove from heat and mix in grated onion. Place 3/4 cup of chips in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole pan. Cover with layer of tuna, then layer of sauce, repeat. Top with potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and lightly brown on top. Garnish with sections of sliced hard-boiled eggs. Serve at once. May use lightly salted chips and crumble into smaller pieces. |
