PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. nuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, pumpkin and butter. Sift in all dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 325°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
