STUFFED POTATOES 
6 servings prepared instant mashed potatoes
1 1/3 c. grated cheese, divided
1 c. minced onion
1 c. minced celery
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. ground paprika
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cooked potatoes, 1 cup cheese, onion, celery, sage. Mix well. Fill individual casserole or formed foil with potato mixture. Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese, paprika, parsley. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
