PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground mace
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) pkg. nut bread mix

In bowl blend pumpkin, water, egg, cinnamon and mace. Add nut bread mix and stir until moistened. Put into a greased 9x5x3 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan. Cool.

CONFECTIONERS' ICING:

Add light cream to 2 cups sifted 10x sugar for spreading consistency. Add dash salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
