PUMPKIN NUT BREAD | |
3/4 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. water 1 egg 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground mace 1 lb. 1 oz. pkg. nut quick bread mix In mixing bowl blend 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup water, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon ground mace. Add 1 (1 pound 1 ounce) package nut quick bread mix; stir until moistened. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool. If desired, frost with confectioners' icing. The class baked the bread in a toaster oven. |
