PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter

Sift together baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Combine in separate bowl the pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs. Then add dry ingredients and softened butter. Stir in nuts. Spread in well-greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
