HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes, boiled, cooled, diced
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 sm. minced, cooked onion
Paprika
1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled

Boil potatoes until semi-tender, cool, peel. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain. Cook minced onion. In large bowl or crock pot, alternate diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, bacon drippings, minced onion and vinegar. Sprinkle last layer with paprika. Bake on low or at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
