HOT ASPARAGUS DIP 
2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese or 1 c. canned Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain and mash asparagus. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a deep baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbling. Serve hot with crackers or large corn chips.
