POLKA DOT PASTA PIZZA | |
Takes about 40 minutes total. non-stick cooking spray for baking dish (Pam) 1/2 (16 oz.) box uncooked elbow macaroni 4 eggs 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 (26 oz.) can Spaghetti Sauce with Italian Sausage (Hunts) 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 30 slices pepperoni (give or take or use sandwich pepperoni from Deli) Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam), set aside. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. While macaroni is cooking beat eggs in large bowl with whisk, add Parmesan cheese and pepper. Mix well (could add other seasonings you like). Stir macaroni into egg mixture until well blended. Pour or spoon into baking dish, cover with spaghetti sauce, next put Mozzarella cheese over sauce, last put pepperoni slices on top. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
