HOLIDAY PASTA PIZZA SALAD 
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (use multi-colored variety for holidays)
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. white brick cheese, diced
1 sm. red onion, sliced in rings
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Sliced black olives
Sliced green pepper
1 stick pepperoni, diced
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
1 tsp. celery salt
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. croutons
1 bunch Romaine lettuce

(I throw in the whole cupboard.)

Toss all ingredients in bowl except for lettuce which should surround salad and croutons which are added just before serving.
