ITALIAN ANTI-PASTA SALAD 
1 c. hot pepper, sliced
1 c. mild peppers, sliced
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 c. cubed provolone cheese
1/2 of small stick pepperoni
2 tbsp. olive oil
Seasonings

Combine all ingredients together. Sprinkle with basil, oregano and Italian seasoning.

Let marinate for a couple hours before serving. Lasts several days in refrigerator. Makes about 4 cups.
