ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. med. sized pasta shells, cooked
1 sm. jar green stuffed olives
1 can pitted ripe olives
1 jar diced pimento
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
Fresh sliced mushrooms, if desired
Cherry tomatoes, if desired
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, diced
3 oz. can grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 6 hours or more. Before serving, stir well and top with more Parmesan cheese.
