CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 sm. boxes red Jello
2 sm. boxes green Jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk

Dissolve red Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 can pineapple and juice and 1 cup cold water. Place in glass salad dish. Refrigerate until solid. Beat cream cheese and milk with mixer until light. Spread over the solid red Jello and refrigerate. Dissolve green Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water and allow to stand until cool and almost ready to eat. Pour over cheese mixture and refrigerate until firm.
