TOMATO LEMON ASPIC 
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, diced

Boil tomatoes; add gelatin straight from package. Stir and cool. Do not boil gelatin. Add mayonnaise, pepper, onion and celery. Pour into a suitable container. Refrigerate until firm. 8-10 servings.
