CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Cabbage
1 tsp. salt
Sm. jar jalapeno cheese spread
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Buttered bread crumbs

Chop large head of cabbage and cook 5 minutes in water with salt. Drain and add cheese spread, onion and soup. Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
