2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in a greased shallow pan for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
