1 sm. Golden Delicious apples, cored, pared, thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 flour tortilla (6 inch diameter)
1 tsp. XXXX sugar, sifted, divided
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 med. kiwi fruit, sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine apple slices and lemon juice and turn to coat, set aside.

On non-stick cookie sheet, place tortilla. Decoratively arrange apple slices over tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and the spices. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly and arrange kiwi slices over apple and sprinkle with remained sugar. 1 serving.
