TART APPLE RELISH 
4 tart apples
3/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tsp. sugar
Paprika

Peel apples. Shred or grate into a medium bowl. Pour cream and lemon juice over apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Toss lightly. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
