QUICK APPLE TART FOR ONE 
1 sm. Golden Delicious apple, cored, pared, and thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Ready-to-Bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuit
1 tsp. confectioners sugar, sifted if needed
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine apple slices and lemon juice in small bowl and turn to coat slices in juice; set aside. On nonstick cookie sheet roll biscuit into a circle about 6 inches in diameter; using the tines of a fork, prick surface of biscuit. Arrange apple slices over biscuit. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the sugar and the spices (if you like the flavor of butter with your apples, add a sprinkle of Molly MacButter). Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon sugar and serve. Best eaten warm from the oven. 154 calories per serving.
