GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lg. carrots, cut into julienne strips
1 lg. navel orange, pared & sectioned
Liquid or granular sweetened to equal 1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavoring
Dash ground cinnamon

Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water in a medium size saucepan until tender, about 10 minutes; drain. Stir in orange sections, sweetener, butter flavoring and cinnamon; mix gently but well.
