STOP 'N GO CARROTS 
2 c. sliced carrots
6 strips bacon, diced
4 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar

Cook carrots. In skillet saute bacon. When almost done, add green peppers and onions. Continue to fry until bacon is crisp. Drain off excess fat. Stir in pimento, vinegar and sugar. Add to carrots and heat through.
