TEXAS HOT COCOA CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to a boil and add to the following:

2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour the above over the following:

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix well and beat. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes in a 9 x 12 pan.

ICING:

2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa

Heat until butter melts. Do not boil. Add:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. pecans

Blend well. Spread over cake while warm.
