ROLLED CHICKEN BREAST 
Boneless chicken breasts
Cheese (American/Cheddar)
2 eggs
Finely crushed cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Get chicken breasts according to what you need. Should be in halves. With a meat pounder, pound until flat. Place a half slice of cheese, salt, and pepper. Roll the breast like a jelly roll. Secure with a string. Beat eggs; dip the chicken. Roll in eggs. Roll in the cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut off string and eat.
