ROLLED SPLIT BREASTS (Chicken) 
8 split breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. container whipped cream cheese with chives

Pound the breasts to flatten. Spread cream cheese on breasts, put a slice of butter on top. Roll them. Wrap bacon around them and put in buttered pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, then broil for 6 minutes to brown. Yummy!
