1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle (thawed)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms (chopped)
3/4 c. Swiss cheese (shredded)
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. sausage (fried and crumbled)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 400 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
