SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sausage (can substitute bacon)
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Thaw spinach souffle. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Best with leftover bacon and good with ham too, make sure it's really thawed and mix gently. Super Bowl worthy!

I have been making this for years. It is great and simple and you can also sub breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled and fresh chopped mushrooms -just cook them with the onion and sausage .
