PORK SPINACH BRUNCH QUICHE | |
3 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded 1 lb. pork sausage, browned & drained 1 c. stuffing croutons 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained 6 eggs, beaten 3 c. light cream or milk Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
