3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. diced onion
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained & thawed
1/2 c. diced ham or bacon
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix in a blender. Pour into a well buttered 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
